Absolutely! All drivers pass thorough background checks by insurance companies and local/state law enforcement. After clearing this stage, all new employees must attend extensive hands-on recovery training from nationally certified agencies (Wreckmaster or North American Towing Academy).  Every employee is required to pass random drug testing throughout their employment.

Yes. We utilize the latest equipment by Condor. It’s specifically designed to prevent damage, and allows the loading of motorcycles by one person. Any size or type of motorcycle can be transported.

Are 1st Priority tow trucks inspected for defects like regular passenger vehicles? 2017-01-30T21:35:49+00:00

Yes. All trucks must pass annual state safety inspections, DOT inspections and random inspections by local/state law enforcement.  1st Priority is a registered federal motor carrier, meeting all federal guidelines.

Excluding rare exceptions, yes. 1st Priority’s equipment and proper training allows us to unlock the vehicle while avoiding unnecessary and costly damage.
